[EP-tech] Re: Importing and displaying subjects/divisions (again - but with fixes)

Thanks for your help with this, Tim.  I shall flag this to the attention of Jiadi, who is currently working on this bug.

We will be releasing 3.3.14 soon, which will include both of these patches.
